Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, restocks, or product launches. We’ll always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Events outside our control


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Main Phase is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

We’re happy to assist by providing shipment details or documentation if needed.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mainphase.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.


Preorders & Backorders

If your order includes preorder or backordered items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated ship dates for preorder items are subject to change.
