Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging included.

For trading card products, unused means:

  • The item has not been opened, unsealed, shuffled, played, or altered in any way.

  • Cards must remain in their original condition with no signs of handling or wear.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at contact@mainphase.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of trading card products, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is not eligible for return, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-run products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
